About PSCS:

Personalised Social Care Solutions is led by experienced Social Workers – drawing upon a wealth of knowledge and skills.

We work in partnership with local authorities and health commissioners to achieve excellent results.

Our values:

We maintain the highest professional ethical standards through integrity and respect for vulnerable adults and all of our commissioning clients and other stakeholders.

We support equality and diversity in all we do and strive to create relationships based upon mutual trust.

All service users are placed firmly at the centre of the assessment and fully engaging them is the design of their care and support plans. Service users are given assistance to fully express and articulate their needs, wishes and preferences, and to have these realised, wherever possible.

PSCS practice is consistent with the Care Act 2014 principles of wellbeing and is governed by HCPC codes of conduct, professional standards and competency framework which can be found at:

https://www.hcpc-uk.org.uk

Our Director:

Ashley King acquired a broad experience, skills and knowledge base as a

General Manager of a Local Authority, responsible for assessment and

support planning teams, budget recovery projects and the ASC 'Front door'

intake team. Previously he managed an integration pilot - and had leadership

of various targeted projects in his portfolio.

For the past 12 years as a Team Manager and Senior Operational Manager, he

has managed front line operations, front line managers and social care staff,

leading them through a period of significant organisational change.

In this capacity he has managed aspects of wider departmental transformation,

promoting a safe, performance focused culture and effective leadership & motivation through change.

Ashley is motivated by the ASC agenda and in setting up PSCS, he welcomes the opportunity to lead in taking forward some of the challenges and opportunities that the Care Act 2014 provide.
