Our Director:
Ashley King acquired a broad experience, skills and knowledge base as a Service and Group Manager of a number of Local Authorities, responsible for assessment and support planning teams, budget recovery projects and Adult Social Care.
For the past 21 years as a Team Manager and Senior Operational Manager, he has managed front line operations, front line managers and social care staff, leading them through periods of significant organisational change.
In this capacity he has managed aspects of wider departmental transformation, promoting a safe, performance focused culture and effective leadership & motivation through change.
PSCS is commited to support the ASC agenda and welcomes the opportunity to lead in taking forward some of the new challenges and opportunities that exist in the sector for innovation and quality.

All service users are placed firmly at the centre of the assessment and fully engaging them is the design of their care and support plans. Service users are given assistance to fully express and articulate their needs, wishes and preferences, and to have these realised, wherever possible.
PSCS practice is consistent with the Care Act 2014 principles of wellbeing and is governed by Social Work England codes of conduct, professional standards and competency framework & the BASW code of Ethics
